About the Bavarian Grill

Our Bavarian Biers

We offer the largest selection of German Bier on draft “frisch vom Fass” in Texas. Our breweries include Weihenstephaner, the world’s oldest Brewery since 1040 AD, Weltenburger Kloster, the oldest Monastry brewery since 1050 AD, Schneider Weiss, Bavaria’s oldest wheat beer brewery, Benediktiner from Kloster Ettal and many breweries from in and around München, Bavaria’s Capital like: Paulaner, Hacker-Pschorr, Spaten, Franziskaner, Hofbräu München, Ayinger and Maxlrainer.

Other breweries from Franconia include the smoked Beer from Schlenkerla in Bamberg, Würzburger Hofbräu and Tucher from Nürnberg. From Laaber near Regensburg we enjoy the Plank Weizenbockbiere.

We also feature other popular German Bier like Bitburger Pils, Köstritzer Schwarzbier, Reissdorff Kölsch and Radeberger. And following the typical German “Bier Philosophie” we pour each Bier into exactly the glass that the Brewery had specially made for this style.

Wein Gallery

Our well curated Weinlist features selected German Rhine and Moselle Rieslings, like Liebfraumilch and Piesporter Michelsberg. We always try to offer Silvaner, Scheurebe, Müller-Thurgau and Gewürztramier. Our “Rotwein Freunde” choose from Rosé, Domina, Dornfelder, Pinot Noir, Trollinger and Spätbuergunder. During the winter we warm your hands and feet with Bavarian Nürnberger Glühwein and Frankfurter Heisser Äpfelwein. We enjoy to offer cool Possmann’s Frankfurter Äpfelwein during our balmy Texas summer evenings.
