Schaschlik, a beloved dish especially popular in Franconia and among snack lovers, is the perfect summer treat. A skewer briming with Pork, Beef, Bacon, Onion, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes slowly simmered in a Tomato, Paprika, Onion and Garlic sauce. We’re serving it alongside Sonja’s five marinated mixed salads and our cool, refreshing herbed potato salad—made with fresh dill, sliced radishes, chives, and a tangy Greek yogurt dressing.
