This is variation of roasted leg of lamb can be found in Northern Bavaria. The bread dumplings are topped with a very flavorful sauce and served with fresh spring vegetables.
As for your drink, we suggest an amber Märzenbier from Spaten or Paulaner as either of these make a lovely paring with this spectacular main dish. |
