As we are moving into December, the "Wild Wochen", our annual wild game menu will come to an end next week. This is your last call for Hasenpfeffer, Rehkeule "Baden-Baden" and the Wildschuetz sampler platter.
The roasted duckling will also be available on the winter menu.
We like to celebrate your birthday with you and your friends playing Happy Birthday for you on our cowbells.
And please bring your family from out of town during the holidays for a great Schnitzel and a cool Bavarian Bier.

The slow roasted Venison marinated in buttermilk, served with potato croquettes, the poached pear and fall vegetables is already a favorite with our guests this year.

Stein Club Corner

The annual Stein Club Christmas Party will be on Dec 12. and the North Texas Foster Kids needs our help. These abused children need some security in their lives. Please  bring a stuffed toy, one that a child could sleep with. Or donate, when we give you your drink tickets, for us to do the toy shopping for you, it will make us all feel a little more like Christmas!
