A special original Bavarian treat from the kitchens of the Bavarian Grill: We rub a whole pork shoulder with our secret spices and slow roast it to have a golden brown crunchy crust. The meat is juicy and tender, accompanied with the traditional sauce to compliment the homemade potato dumplings. Our fresh, crisp Bavarian Coleslaw with bacon, onions and caraway, and our newly baked pretzel rolls are the authentic accommodations.
