We take care of the needs of our guests and friends, we do not wait
on tables.
We have learned the menu and are able to give good recommendations to our
guests.
Many of us enjoy repeat visits of our regular guests and enjoy attending
to their birthdays, weddings, company Christmas parties,
christenings, anniversaries and family reunions

sure that friends meet their friends -
and we promise: we will seat you when you arrive, if you made a
reservation.
We are the friendly voices on the telephone to give you directions
and we will make sure that you will hear the birthday bells played
for your best friend when the birthday cake arrives.

As part of our culinary team you will relieve
your team members during their vacation and work their station, you
will also be responsible to order food items to keep our par levels,
assist in the invoice entry and monthly inventory taking. On
weekends you will set-up and run the expediter station. This is a
great position to learn the workings of many different management
aspects in a professional kitchen. |

Gift Shop
Supervisor and Administrative Assistant
We like to talk to our guests and friends about
Germany and help them
to find the right gift for their loved ones, or sometimes for
themselves.
We do some typing and send messages via e-mail to our regular guests
and help the Bavarian Grill Team leaders with some administrative
tasks.
We are
always at the Bavarian Grill on Friday and Saturday nights. |

We are always off on Sunday
and Mondays, and most American holidays! |
