New Meeting Rooms

The Bavarian Grill unveiled its two new high-tech banquet-meeting rooms in December. In a 2,000-square foot enclosed area across from the main entrance to the Bavarian Grill's dining room, the new Jäger Stube and Winzer Stube rooms will provide prospective guests with every communication "tool" they need for corporate meetings by day while still retaining a warm and friendly atmosphere by night for group dinners, parties or other social events.
The Jäger Stube Room has space to seat up to
42 people at four tables. Corporate groups will have access to a giant, digital projection screen, hookups for additional monitors and a videocassette recorder as well as DSL connections that provide highspeed Internet hookups for webconferencing. "Our guests can make presentations, for example, at their offices and then beam them to the Jäger Stube Room during a meeting." Juergen Mahneke, the owner of the Bavarian Grill, explained. "And with webconferencing capabilities we can link up with people all over the world during a meeting. In addition, we're set up for teleconferences. And we have phone lines so guests can check back to their offices or make other calls."
The Winzer Stube Board Room is for smaller groups of about 12 people. Both rooms will also be equipped with color television sets. "Either of the two rooms is ideal for corporate or other meetings, but they also can be used for events such as small weddings, rehearsal dinners or small or medium-sized parties during the holiday season and other festive times." Juergen said. A small bar, to be known as the Bräu Stüber, provides for mixed drinks, Wein and up to three guest choices of German Biers. A selection of the finest in German cuisine is also readily available from the restaurant.
"While we want our guest to have access to the most up-to-date meeting facilities, we will retain the decor and ambiance that make our guests feel like that at least for one night they're really in Bavaria." Juergen said. He explained that large murals featuring Alpine scenes decorate the walls.
