Once again this spring, we welcome back the shining star of our spring menu, Weisser Spargel - White Asparagus. This extravagantly prepared menu item is served many different ways, from a phenomenal soup to the traditional König Ludwig Schnitzel. We have a plethora of dishes on which to feature our spring star.   And a special thank you to all who will participate in the special Wednesday dinner "Lamm und Spargel" next week to welcome The Queen of Vegetables.
