In spring we add stir-fried
fresh veggies to our lean and fresh selection of
Bavarian specialties during Spring Fest.
White Asparagus becomes a favorite in mid
April "Spargelfest" accompanied by smoked or boiled
hams, Schnitzel, Lamb or the favorite salmon filet
poached in cream of white asparagus.
Sommerfest, with lighter selections and some
chilled choices helps you to stay cool during a hot
Texas summer.
During
Oktoberfest we offer variety with the Schnitzelfest.
Come on in to sample 16 different variations of the
classic.
In the Fall we like
to celebrate "Wild Wochen" with wild game specialties
like "Hasenpfeffer" and our "Wildschütz Teller".
We invite you to celebrate the holidays Bavarian
style with a roasted goose from the Feiertagskarte and
for the cold winter we cook heartier dishes like Eisbein
from our "Winterkarte".
