A message from the Stein Club President

Wednesday, November 8 at 7 pm is our next Stein Club dinner.  This is the Eisbein, a very generous, slighlty smoked and cured ham hock. It is traditionally served with mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, pea puree and a shot of Obstler after the dinner. This year the price of $ 29.75 includes all of the above and two 1/2 liter glasses filled with the authentic Hofbraeu Original. The dinner is open for all friends of the Bavarian Grill, but due to the long cooking time we can only serve this very special feast to those friends who called ahead for reservations and it is a meal not to miss.

Reservations are required.  If you want to attend, please contact the Bavarian Grill by no later than Tuesday to insure you have a seat at this dinner.

DEAR STEIN CLUB MEMBERS - YOUR HELP IS NEEDED ON NOVEMBER 18!

FOR ONE OF OUR CLUB'S OUTREACH OPPORTUNITIES IN CONNECTION WITH "HABITAT FOR THE HUMANITIES" HOME BUILDING PROJECT.

ON NOVEMBER 18 THE BAVARIAN GRILL IS PROVIDING FOOD TO 150 PEOPLE GIVING THEIR TIME TO BUILD A HOME.  THE FOOD IS SERVED AT THE BUILDING SITE DURING LUNCH TIME.

Please feel free to forward this newsletter to your Stein Club friends

 WE ARE LOOKING FOR 10 TO 15 VOLUNTEERS THAT ARE WILLING TO DONATE A FEW HOURS OF THEIR TIME TO SERVE FOOD AND ENJOY A COMPLIMENTARY BIER AT THE BAVARIAN GRILL AFTER SERVICE.

JUST AS WE GIVE FOOD AND MONEY EACH YEAR TO CHARITIES, WE LOOK FOR OPPORTUNITIES TO GIVE OF OUR TIME AS A CLUB TO WORTHY CAUSES.  THIS IS THE ONE THE BAVARIAN GRILL STEIN CLUB SELECTED FOR 2006.
