July Dinner Features
Spiessbraten and Franziskaner Weiss Bier

WHO:  Bayern Stein Club members and their guests
WHAT: July bi-monthly dinner   WHEN: 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 12
WHERE: Indoor Biergarten, Bavarian Grill, Plano

            A delightful Sommer treat awaits Bayern Stein Club members and other guests this month when they will enjoy Spiessbraten, a flavorful pork roast speciality along with the appropriate side dishes. Since the lighter Weiss Biers are popular at this time of the year, two half-liters of Franziskaner Wiess Bier will be included with the dinner.             The cost is $29.75 ($24.75 for Stein Club members). Please RSVP by July 10. Contact the Bavarian Grill at 972-881-0705 for reservations.

Bayern Stein Club Food Drive
Christmas in July 

Every year the Bayern Stein Club sponsors food drives during the holiday season. Each year we select a charity in Collin County as a beneficiary of our efforts. This year the Bayern Stein Club is supporting

 God’s Food Pantry of Plano

 This non-denominational food bank exists to serve the community by extending a helping hand and providing food for those facing dire circumstances beyond their control.

There are two ways to make a contribution:

 1.   Non-perishable food items can be dropped off at the Bavarian Grill. A cart is located in the main lobby for this purpose.

 2.   Monetary donations will be accepted. Collection boxes are located at the bar where you can make a donation.

 We will collect food and money now through  July 25.  The money collected will be used to purchase additional food to add to the donations from our members.  We will deliver the food to God’s food Pantry on July 25.
