Dinner Featuring a Seasonal
Favorite Set for March 14 In Bavaria it’s called Muehlenbraten: "Geschmorte Lammkeule mit Kraeutern und Knoblauch gegart auf Wurzelgemuese, mit Kartoffelkloessen und Thymiansosse"
. Those who have
enjoyed this favorite before know it as slowly roasted leg of lamb
that is stuffed with herbs and garlic. It’s
served with a velvety red wine-thyme demi glace Add two, half-liters of Maerzen Bier, courtesy of the Bavarian Grill and the Spaten brewery, and Bavarian Grill Stein Club members and other guests are in for a real dining treat at 7 p.m. March 14.

April Stein Club Attendees to Sample Schneider Weizen Biers
Bayern Stein Club members and guests will have another opportunity to sample some of these world-class Biers at the club’s bi-monthly meeting set for 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 11. In addition, we’ll be able to watch a virtual tour of this famous institution and the beautiful country around the village on the Danube River. |
